Staging Solutions LLC, established by Karen Lawlor Shiller in 2006,
was formed to meet the growing needs of home sellers. The home
buying market has become better informed due to the rise in
popularity of home improvement television programs and the
availability of information on the Internet. These more

walk through the front door of a property for sale.
Karen has a background in real estate that includes home
staging, print, and multi-media marketing. Karen also holds a
current real estate license and has earned her accreditation
in the home staging industry as an
Accredited Staging Professional.

Karen is also a Realtor with Keller Williams Integrity in
Ellicott City working with both buyers and sellers. She is
passionate about helping sellers make smart design choices

Karen graduated from the University of Florida with a
Bachelors of Science degree and currently resides in Ellicott
City, MD.
